This program is the result of the work carried out by a production team in the Sudanese region of Darfur. During their trip, the team found out many mass graves and survivors and collected testimonies of young girls who have been victims of rapes by soldiers and Arab mercenaries, the “Janjaweed”. As these are restricted areas, the team had to enter the country illegally across the Chad border to avoid the checkpoints set up both by the Sudanese army and the “Janjaweed” paramilitary forces.
